1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "no999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the no999 platform operated under an international gaming license and accessible at no999.org.
• "Platform" means the no999 website, mobile browser experience, all associated betting, casino, wallet, and account management interfaces, and any other services provided under the no999.org domain.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the no999 platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon registration, holding your PKR balance, transaction history, bonus credits, betting history, and personal settings.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary transactional currency of the no999 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission and verification of government-issued identification documents such as a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins monetary equivalents, cashback credits, or any other non-deposit value credited to a player account under a no999 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration on the no999 platform, or by continuing to access or use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the no999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the no999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the no999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, associations, trusts, and non-human legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by no999 or any gaming regulatory body applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the no999 platform at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or registering the account for use by any third party.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the no999 platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances therein forfeited.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintaining that information in an up-to-date state at all times.
• Keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally performed that activity, unless you have reported your account as compromised to no999 support without unreasonable delay.
• Notifying no999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

no999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to platform integrity.

5. KYC Identity Verification

no999 is required by its international gaming license to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents through your account dashboard:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and mobile number.
• Additional documentation may be requested at no999's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes, including a selfie with your CNIC or a utility bill confirming your address.

no999 processes KYC submissions within one to three business days under normal conditions. Depositing and betting may continue during the KYC review period; however, withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC approval. Providing false, forged, or borrowed documentation to satisfy KYC requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your no999 account must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through one of the approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other methods as listed on the platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless stated otherwise in an active promotion.
• no999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges for which no999 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made via methods that cannot be traced to your verified identity may be reversed pending additional verification.
• no999 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion and in compliance with responsible gaming obligations.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your no999 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case the most recent deposit method that supports withdrawals shall apply.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within minutes to JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if they are associated with suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, active bonus wagering requirements, open dispute proceedings, or a self-exclusion flag on the account.
• no999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 within a seven-day rolling period.

Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from no999 operating capital, in compliance with licensing requirements. This segregation ensures that your PKR balance is protected even in the event of no999 ceasing operations.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

no999 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP reward programmes. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by the individual promotion's own terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or repeating offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be claimed by players under self-exclusion or by players whose accounts are under review or restriction.
• no999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses remain in effect until either completed or the bonus is forfeited.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting applicable wagering requirements, no999 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal amount.

9. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the no999 platform, including cricket, PSL, kabaddi, football, baseball, UFC, and all other sports markets offered:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; however, once a bet slip is confirmed, the accepted odds are locked for that bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to no999's in-play betting rules. no999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including but not limited to the occurrence of a goal, wicket, dismissal, injury, or other significant event.
• Bets placed on events whose results are already known at the time of placement are void and will be cancelled without payout.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed and not rescheduled within 36 hours of the original start time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport-by-sport rules.
• no999 reserves the right to void any bet or restrict any account where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, collusion, use of inside information, or exploitation of manifest pricing errors.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market, per event, and per settlement period, as published in the platform's betting rules section.

10. Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on no999 — including live dealer games, table games, slots, and game shows — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by player behaviour, prior outcomes, account balance levels, or any other factor outside the game's own certified probability distribution.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for each game are available from the game's information panel within the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of the failure. Disputed outcomes should be reported to support within 48 hours.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. no999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of software malfunction beyond the refund of the affected wager to the player's account balance.
• Live dealer game rules, including all procedural variations, are governed by the published rules for each specific live game title.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the no999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or bonus claiming.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other non-manual means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered from the account balance.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the no999 platform software or content.

12. Responsible Gaming

no999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no time limit on access:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your no999 account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a chosen period. Once the threshold is reached, your account is restricted from placing further bets until the period resets.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

no999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a financial institution in relation to a deposit transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive calendar months.

In the event of account termination for breach, no999 may forfeit the entire account balance. In the event of termination for reasons other than breach (including voluntary closure by the player), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus liabilities. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact no999 support directly.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no999's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

no999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruption, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from a player's gambling decisions, betting outcomes, or game results.

Nothing in these Terms limits no999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the no999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, data compilations, and platform architecture — is the exclusive property of no999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

no999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering and using the no999 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming programme administration. Data is never sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

17. Amendments to These Terms

no999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the no999 platform no fewer than seven calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the no999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms at any given time is the version published at no999.org/terms-conditions, which supersedes all prior versions.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which no999 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the no999 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting no999 support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
